PROPERTY OWNERS AND MANAGERS

Property Owners and Managers are responsible for ensuring their fire safety and emergency response systems are in place and compliant to Australian Standard AS 3745-2010: Planning for Emergencies in Facilities.

This includes having an effective Emergency Management system, which identifies emergency response procedures for:

  • Reducing the effects of an emergency

  • Preventing injuries

  • Protecting against loss of lives

  • Minimising the loss of property

  • Minimising business interruptionsthat they are properly protected from these destructive forces.

EMERGENCY PLANNING

One of our primary goals as a business is to ensure that individuals and companies have the necessary infrastructure in place to prevent the outbreak of fires.

In addition to potentially life-threatening consequences, fires can cause catastrophic damage to buildings and equipment, requiring the need for incredibly expensive repairs and the majority of business owners never recover or reopen their doors after a serious fire has destroyed their business.

By taking the time to ensure that a professional fire risk assessment has been carried out, businesses can ensure that they are properly protected from these destructive forces.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANS

Engage in our technical knowledge in emergency management and entrust us to provide your facility a fully compliant Emergency Management Plan .

Every EMP is designed to the individual needs of the building or facility.

EVACUATION SIGNS AND DIAGRAMS

Our Evacuation Diagrams  are designed and produced to Australian Standards AS3745-2010 and are customised to suit your property

DIAGRAMS

A key component of AS 3745-2010 is the provision of evacuation diagrams.

An evacuation diagram is intended to provide emergency and evacuation information for occupants and visitors. Diagrams should contain concise, clear and appropriate detail.

Display an Evacuation Diagram may be required in each area that needs guidance to the exit and make sure you're adhering to the legal requirements in your state.

Under the Australian Standard AS 3745-2010: Planning for Emergencies in Facilities, evacuation diagrams must be

  • Reviewed every five years; (Infusion Solutions recommends checking the plans are correct annually)

  • Displayed in conspicuous positions along the evacuation route of the facility

Note: If you alter the structure of your building, such are removing a wall or adding walls to the building all your Emergency Evacuation Diagrams need to be changed to reflect that work.

At Infusion Solutions we utilise a variety of methods to collate your building data including the use of Plan Studo. With Planstudio we, edit, view and add to spatially accurate computer aided designs (CAD) drawings directly from a tablet. While onsite, users can also increase their productivity and revenue by connecting their work to cloud storage and directly creating evacuation diagrams and signs.

CLEAR AND GOOD LOOKING

Our Evacuation diagrams are designed to inform occupants of the evacuation procedures, locations and directions of the nearest emergency exits, fire equipment, assembly areas and emergency contact details.

INWS can provide evacuation plans that meet all Australian compliance requirements, are easy to understand and complement the aesthetics of your building through the creative use of colours and incorporating logos and corporate branding.
